In-person sessions are 45+ minutes, with the first session lasting 60+ minutes to cover your health history and build a customized plan that aligns with your goals and current circumstances.
Yes! We can work with home visits, private or condo gyms, or your neighbourhood fitness corner.
In-person sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session starts at no additional cost.
Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, or unattended sessions will be forfeited.
We will do our best to work with the items and equipment you already have. If you wish to purchase resistance bands or weights, guidance will be provided on which equipment and weight ranges best support your strength journey.
Of course! I'd be happy to liaise with them and integrate their recommended exercises into your training program.
We can work with their helper to assist during online sessions and workouts. I'll recommend simple, regressed exercises that they can perform safely and independently.
Yes, programs are planned with your current conditions, abilities, and goals in mind to support your post-rehabilitation training or lifestyle changes.
This includes:
Posture and sedentary lifestyle concerns: Weak knees, legs, back, and core.
Past and current injuries: Pain in the knees, back, feet, shoulders, or neck.
Post-surgery rehabilitation: Joint replacements, ligament repairs, or tendon repairs, once cleared for exercise.
Chronic conditions: Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and dementia.
